▶ What is the booking and cancellation policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival receive a full refund. As a boutique guesthouse, late cancellations impact us significantly, so cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
▶ How can I secure the best available rates?
The best available rates are always found by booking directly through our website or contacting our reservations team via WhatsApp or email. Direct bookings also receive priority for room upgrades and early check-in when available.
▶ Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival at the guesthouse.
Arrival & Departure
▶ What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you are arriving early or departing late, we are happy to store your luggage. Subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a small fee.
▶ Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we can arrange private airport transfers from Krabi International Airport directly to our guesthouse in Klong Muang. Please provide your flight details at least 48 hours in advance so we can organise this for you.
Hotel Services
▶ Do you have a spa and fitness facilities?
As an intimate guesthouse, we do not have an on-site spa or fitness centre. However, we are located near several excellent local spas and wellness centres in Klong Muang, and our team would be delighted to help you arrange treatments or yoga sessions.
▶ Is there a kids' programme?
While families are welcome at Stay White Orchid, we are primarily designed for couples and adults seeking a quiet retreat. We do not have a dedicated kids' programme, play area, or childcare facilities on site.

▶ Which islands do you recommend for day trips?
Krabi is famous for its island hopping! We highly recommend the Hong Island Tour for its emerald lagoon, or the 4 Islands Tour for classic Krabi scenery. All tours can be booked through our partner, White Orchid Tours.
▶ What is the best season to visit Krabi?
The dry season from November to April offers the best weather with calm seas and clear skies, perfect for beach days and island hopping. The green season (May to October) brings occasional rain but offers lush landscapes, fewer crowds, and great value.
